Every minute, on the minute, perform the circuit of exercises. When you finish the circuit, take the remaining seconds in that minute to rest. Once the clock hits :00 for the next minute, start the circuit again.
Complete 4-minutes.

8 Plank Mountain Climbers (4 each leg)
8 Plank Outside Mountain Climbers
