RECIPE
-3-4 chicken boneless/skinless thighs into bite size pieces with salt, pepper, garlic powder, + saute in olive oil until cooked through. remove + set aside
-add garlic + onion to the same pan, saute until fragrant then add other vegetables (carrot, cabbage, snow peas) + dash of seasame oil, let cook for 5 minutes then add chicken back to the pan
-add 32 oz chicken broth, 1/3 cup soy sauce, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp fish sauce + bring to a boil
-add whole package of vermicelli rice noodles, stirring until all liquid is absorbed ~ about 4-5 minutes
-drizzle with a little more sesame oil, can serve with a squeeze of lemon or lime (I forgot to buy some!)
