This video shows Dr. Epstein with his African American patient who has returned 6 days after her Rhinoplasty procedure. The patient underwent a tip refinement and build-up of profile achieved with caudal septal extension graft with soft tissue to tip and suturing and sculpting techniques, and GoreTex augmentation to dorsum. At same surgery, patient also underwent a surgical hairline advancement/hairline lowering surgery to bring forward her overly high hairline.
