Before undergoing surgery, the patient, as explained by Dr. Epstein, had a rather undefined tip that drooped a little while smiling. Her tip was a nose had a rounded tip, flared nostrils, and was under-defined. Through Rhinoplasty surgery in his Miami office, Dr. Epstein was able to achieve natural looking results with tip definition.
