Here is a video on VW Tiguan Front Spring replacement and shock absorber removal. This will be the same on quite few vehicles in VAG group. I had the same set up on my Audi Q3 in the past as well.
So, here we got a video on how to do the job and what tools you will need for it.

Torque settings:

Wheel nuts – 122NM;
Nut on the spline bolt M14 bolt 70NM + 90º;
Nut on top of the spring mount 60NM;
3 13mm top bolts 15NM + 90º;
Anti roll bar link nut 65NM;
