GM is intentionally CRIPPLING the HUMMER EV sales

When GM announced the Hummer EV last year, I thought they might have something good on their hands, but it seems that they actually don't want to sell EVs. The Hummer EV has quite high demand for a GM vehicle, and yet, they refuse to produce it at any real quantities. The same goes for the Cadillac Lyriq, one of their newest EV offerings, why are they producing so few of them?
