Dealership lobbyists try to BAN one of Tesla's best features (OTA updates)

Car dealerships' lobbyists are trying to ban the use of over the air (OTA) updates to anything other than the navigation and entertainment screens, this would be a massive blow to Tesla who historically has pushed out an update to their vehicles about once a month. The worst part is that the primary opponent of the proposed bill is legacy auto, things don't look good.
