Braided Pogaca

Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup milk
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 cup sunflower oil
- 2 eggs (reserve 1 egg yolk for brushing)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 6-6.5 cups flour

Instructions
1. In a suitable bowl, combine the milk, water, and sugar. Add the yeast and mix well.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix.
3. Gradually add the flour and start kneading. The dough should be soft and slightly sticky.
4. Gather the dough into a ball, cover it, and let it rise for 45 minutes.
5. After the dough has risen, divide it into pieces of your desired size. Shape the pieces as shown in the video.
6. Let them rest at room temperature for 20 minutes to proof.
7. Brush the reserved egg yolk on top of the dough.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) until the tops are golden brown.
