Delicious Tadka Dal Fry: Indian Restaurant Recipe: at Bombay Bawarchi, Hounslow East, London.

We are once again very much honoured to be allowed into the kitchen of "Bombay Bawarchi's" restaurant.

In this video we can watch Chef Patron Nitesh Tripathi as he reveals some of his recipe secrets by showing us how he makes his version of Tadka Dal, his recipe uses:
* Vegetable oil.
* Finely chopped garlic & ginger.
* Chopped green chillies.
* Precooked dal (tempered with cumin & onion).
* Water.
* Salt.
* Dry kasoori methi.
* Chopped fresh green coriander leaves.
* Tomato & onion kadai sauce (tomato & onion gravy spiced with coriander powder, garam masala & red chilli powder).
* Once stir fried in the wok & fully cooked it is topped with a drizzle of chilli oil.

+ we watch his colleague making tandoori oven cooked Garlic Butter Naan bread, we can gladly confirm that what we ate was absolutely delicious !!!

This is delicious restaurant quality food; but at affordable Indian street food prices!!!
