Ideas Campaign – Rethinking challenges and improving solutions

UN Women Europe and Central Asia is implementing a regional innovation facility to accelerate impact for women and girls across the region. Building on UN Women’s institutional expertise and experience, and the curiosity of innovation champions in the organization, UN Women Europe and Central Asia launched the Ideas Campaign under the innovation facility and challenged the staff across the region to submit innovative ideas. To increase the impact of the work for gender equality, the campaign provided funding, coaching, and safe space for testing new solutions to winning proposals. As a result, three projects are now ready for scaling up and more than 6,000 beneficiaries are reached in 6 countries.
