This is a mashup of two songs "Get happy" and "Happy days are here again". In this episode (2x04) their assignment was to perform a duet with whomever they wanted. After Kurt (Chris Colfer) performed alone, well technically it was a duet between two parts of himself, and Rachel (Lea Michelle) and Finn (Cory Monteith) lost on purpose, Rachel offered to sing a duet with him, even if the competition was already over.
