Overcoming Training Burnout || Prairie to Mountain Ultramarathon Training || Week 14

It is the LAST WEEK of training (YAY) and we were feeling the training burnout (boooo).
Luckily we got to do our last runs in the most epic place to shake out this feeling. I feel like it is normal to get tired of doing repetitive things but how do you shake it up to get rid of the running blues?
We found that switching our running location and taking the pressure of having to do a strenuous runs helped us out.
We are down to one more week and we can't let this stop us, we are so close to our ultimate goal!
