One of the most loved street food of India: Papri Chaat

Are you ready to make yourself experience an explosion of flavours? Here's another recipe from the spicy chatpata chaat corner of India- Papri Chaat. Enjoy this tangy spicy crunchy flavoursome recipe....or in simple words- a dish that would force you to say~"Oh my GOD!"

Boil some potato in salted water. Also add 2/3 cloves of garlic (optional).

Next prepare the curd- whisk some plain yoghurt with salt, sugar (and smash the boiled garlic cloves and add it to the curd: optional).

You can made the papris at home { kneed some all purpose flour with ajwain(carom seeds) and kalonji(nigella seeds), salt, a pinch of baking soda, 1 tbsp oil/ghee and some water. Let it rest for 15/20 mins. Make some portions from it and roll out thinly. Poke holes with fork so that they don't puff up. Cut into small bite sized round pieces and deep fry them till they are golden. Cool them down before you use them} or buy the readymade ones (which is completely hassle free😂😛).
Next, assemble the dish.
Place the papris, followed by the boiled potatoes, chopped onions,curd mix, tomato, green chillies and coriander, 2 tbsp curd to bind them together.
Then add the masalad-red chilli powder, black salt, roasted daniya sauf powder, chaat masala and tarmarind chutney - all as per taste. Add some bhujiyas(sev) .
You can eat it as it is. We repeat the layer of curd and veggies again.
