Learning how to do pull-ups? You need this tip!

If starting calisthenics is on your New Year resolution list, you need to know this tip! Especially if you’re working on pull-ups!

I have many clients who come to me saying they couldn’t complete all their reps because their band wasn’t strong enough - to which I say, loop it around twice! Or add another band, of course (but that’s not always an option).

I use this tip alot in my own calisthenics training as well as I use bands for planche, iron cross, pull-up endurance and 90 degree handstand push ups.

So tell me, did you know you could do this?! I wish I had figured it out a few years ago 😆
