We are going to teach you how to set up a workout schedule that is best for you. This video will help you come up with your own weekly workout plan that you can follow from Monday through Sunday each week. This is the best workout schedule for men to lose weight and get back in shape.

Before you set up your weekly workout plan for men, you must make sure that you are eating healthy and getting the proper nutrition. You CANNOT out-exercise a bad diet.
