Hour 1:

Monthly guest and everyones favorite Meathead, Meathead Goldwyn from Amazing Ribs joins me for the first hour to talk about Prime Rib. This is a favorite during the Holiday Season and we will break it all down from top to bottom.

Should time allow, we will also talk a bit about Meathead's new cookbook that he is currently working on and how the whole deal works from an insider perspective.

Hour 2:

Kicking off the second hour, and reloading from last week, George Shore from Pitmaker joins me to talk about his brand of BBQ Pit. We will get some background on the company, what types of cookers Pitmaker offers and why they are different from other cookers in the market.

Helping me close the show is Pitmaster of Big Bob Gibson's competition team, Chris Lilly. BBG just won the King of The Smoker event that took place in La Qunita, CA this past weekend. We will get the weekend recap from Chris and his thoughts on the entire event. Join me for what should be a great segment.
