- In the 2nd hour, Blane Hunter from Porky Butts BBQ joins me to talk about winning the title of 2016 KCBS Team of the Year. We will also get some background on Blane and see what his thoughts are for repeating for 2017.

- I close the show tonight with a quick look back at the "Year that was in 2016" on the BBQ Central Show. I have assembled some clips of guests, Dan from Wachula, my parents calling in and a number of other bits and takes to close 2016--it should be fun!
