Soviet Spy Lens - Part Two - Demonstration - TAIR 3 300mm f4.5 - Vintage Lens Test

In this second video looking at the TAIR 3 Phs 300mm f4.5 lens made in the USSR in the mid 1960s, we'll have a general look at the lens and it's features, before fitting it to a camera and testing how well it performs.

This lens would have originally been part of a Zenit PhotoSniper kit, complete with gun looking trigger mechanism and shoulder rest - the earlier versions of this lens were made for the Soviet military but the later versions like this were sold to the public for nature, sport and of course, a bit of good old spying!!!
