Pinoy cheese bread
Ingredients:
for the roux:
milk 1/2 cup
flour 20 grams
combine all ingredients and cook on low heat, continie stirring
until become thick or like a paste. ( set aside)
Dough:
All purpose flour 320 grams
sugar 5 tbsp
salt 1/2 tsp
yeast 2 tsp
egg 1 large
butter 57 grams (softnend)
evap milk 1/2 cup
for the cheese struesel:
All purpose flour 3/4 cup
sugar 3/4 cup
powder milk 1/3 cup
butter 1/2 cup
cheese 1/3 cup
add flour if the mixture is too wet 1 tbsp at a time.
baking time: 18 to 20 minutes
oven temp. : 180°c
