In this video: I thought you might be interested to hear about how the VIP Customer/having an “S.A” works. An S.A is short for ‘Sales Associate’. To be connected to one on Whatsapp is essentially what we’re talking about here. The benefit to having an S.A is that you tell you about private sales happening before they’re opened to the general public. Additionally, any new or hard to find pieces they can assist you in tracking-down.
Second to that; the more of a relationship you build-up, the more chance you have of being invited to VIP customer hospitality events and trips.
The pandemic (I think) has made it easier to get connected with an S.A on the phone. Because business is being done over the phone and then post, there’s more appetite now to share contact details.
I also want to share with you how to get discounts on brands that you DON’T need an S.A to benefit from. Such brands include Bottega, Saint Laurent, Balmain, Prada and more.
