Advancing with Watercolor: Creating Mood with Color "The Bell Tower at Dawn"

This video looks at using color to create a mood in your paintings. One of the qualities of paintings which I love is the mood that they generate inside me when Im looking at them. I have thought about this in relation to my own painting and how my choices effect the mood. Color plays a large roll and so does tone. The use of lights and darks within a painting. So its not just a choice of red yellow or blue but how dark or how we gray these colors that contributes to the mood in a painting.
