Miến Trộn - Homemade Glass Noodle Salad

Công Thức - Recipe
Miến ở quê tôi gọi là bún tàu, thường xào, nấu canh, làm miến nước lèo, sau này thêm món miến trộn, dễ làm, dễ ăn, nhiều rau củ ăn kèm.
Nguyên Liệu - Ingredients:
Thịt bò - 400 beef
Đường - 1 tsp sugar or syrup
Nước tương - 2 Tbsp soy sauce
Muối - 1/2 tsp salt
Rượu trắng - 1 Tbsp white wine
Dầu mè - 1 tsp sesame oil
Tỏi bằm - 1 Tbsp minced garlic
Hành tí bằm - 1 Tbsp minced shallot
Tinh bột bắp - 1 tsp corn starch

2 egg
1/8tsp salt, 1/8tsp black pepper
1 tsp cooking oil
500g homemade glass noodles
150g sliced mini bella mushroom
150g spinach
100g julienned carrot
1 yellow onion, sliced
1/2 tsp salt, 1-2 cup water
3Tbsp cooking oil
1Tbsp minced garlic
1Tbsp minced shallot
2Tbsp fried garlic/ shallot
1Tbsp soysauce
1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
Beat the eggs, salt, black pepper, heat oil, make simple omelets, cut into strips, set aside
Blanch spinach, carrot, mushroom, transfer to ice water, strain, set aside
Heat 2Tbsp oil, saute garlic, shallot until fragrant, add meat, cook until meat brown, add salt, soy sauce to taste
Remove the meat
Add 1Tbsp oil left, stir fry the mushroom 2-3 minutes, seasoning to taste

Mix all noodles, vegetables, meat, 1/2 sesame seeds. Sprinkle and fried garlic on the top
