How To Speak SLOANE-SPEAK Like a Sloane Ranger (1980s Posh)

Today we are looking at Sloane-Speak (1980s Posh). It is both an accent and slang if you like.
I think it's rather fascinating to look at accents through fashion and trends. This accent was popular in the 1980s but went out of fashion in the 90s (I'll explain in the video why).

So, if you want to speak like a Sloane Ranger just like Sarah Ferguson and actually Princess Diana in her early days then watch the video to find out how they put all their language together.

You know also it's important to realise there isn't just one posh accent. There are many variations ranging from Conservative RP to Sloane-Speak. They all have some features in common but also they have features that are unique.

So, take a trip back to '80s London and learn how to speak posh from those times.
