JOB VACANCY – JAPANESE INTERPRETER (MEDICAL EQUIPMENT)
We are currently seeking a professional and dedicated individual to join our team as:
Position: Japanese Interpreter (Medical Equipment)
Qualifications:
• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major (preferably Japanese Literature or related field)
• Proficient in Japanese, both spoken and written (minimum JLPT N3/N2 level)
• At least 1 year of experience as an interpreter (experience in medical equipment field is preferred)
• Familiarity with technical terms related to medical equipment is an advantage
• Able to perform both interpreting (oral) and translation (written documents)
• Strong communication skills and professional attitude
• Detail-oriented, responsive, and able to work under pressure
Responsibilities:
• Interpret conversations between local staff and Japanese staff
• Translate documents related to operational and technical aspects of medical equipment
• Assist in meetings, training sessions, and work activities involving Japanese counterparts
• Support communication and coordination between teams
