JOB VACANCY – SALES MANAGER 🇯🇵
A growing Japanese PMA (Foreign Investment) manufacturing company is inviting highly motivated and experienced professionals to join our team for the following position:
SALES MANAGER
Placement: Cikarang / Bekasi
Qualifications:
• Male / Female, maximum 40 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in any major (preferably Engineering, Marketing, or Business Management)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
• Experience in manufacturing companies, preferably in Japanese PMA companies
• Must be able to read and understand technical / engineering drawings
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team
• Proven ability to develop sales strategies and consistently achieve targets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong ability to build relationships with customers and develop new business opportunities
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Japanese language skills will be an advantage
• Possess a valid driving license (SIM A) and willing to travel for business
Responsibilities:
• Lead, manage, and develop the sales team to achieve company targets
• Develop and implement effective and measurable sales strategies
• Conduct direct selling and actively offer products to customers
• Understand customer needs based on technical drawings and product specifications
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and identify new business opportunities
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and team performance evaluations regularly for management
• Coordinate with related departments to ensure customer satisfaction
