Russian Twin Triode as multivibrator and red/blue LED

I found a old Russian tube, checked it and found it was a double triode. I combined it with a high voltage circuit (a simple boost converter with a NE555) to generate the 250V vor the anode voltage. It is very sensitive...so the red and blue LED will flicker due to the "ghosts" around...
