It’s interesting to me. If I pulled out a cigarette in public and started smoking in front of people, most would look at me and think “dude, smoking kills”. But if I pulled out a Snickers bar, or M&M’S and started eating it, they wouldn’t think a second thought. Sugar kills just as many people as smoking does! Yet, we have been conditioned to believe that eating sugar is normal.

There is a drug dealer on every corner if you think about the convenient stores, gas stations, and shopping centers distributing sugar all over the place. Sugar is addictive, and some studies suggest it’s eight times more addictive than cocaine!
The regions of the brain that light up from a cocaine addiction are the same regions that light up from a sugar addiction!
