How to Smoke a Cheap and Lean Brisket
In this video, i'm going to show you how to take a small, cheap, lean supermarket brisket and make it into something worth eating!

I went to my local supermarket and chose the smallest, leanest and cheapest brisket I could find. I see heaps of people choose to smoke these when starting out as they are cheap and easily accessible, however with very little intramuscular and top fat, they are prone to drying out and i've seen many people fail. But my process will help you avoid that and turn something like this into an enjoyable brisket.
