Serves 2-4

Ingredients -

For The Chicken -

2 - Free Range Chicken Breasts (350g each)
2 Tbsp (15g) - Plain Flour (All Purpose)
1 tsp (2g) - Onion Powder
1 tsp (2g) - Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp (15g) - Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste

For The Sauce -

1 - Brown (Yellow) - Onion, Diced
6 - Cloves of Garlic, Minced or Paste
10 Sprigs (5g) - Fresh Thyme, Roughly Chopped
1/2 Cup (120ml) - White Wine or Vegetable or Chicken Stock
400ml (14 fl oz) - Thickened Cream
1/2 Cup (45g) - Parmesan Cheese, Freshly Grated
Salt and Pepper to taste

Garnish with Flat Leaf Parsley Parmesan Cheese and Cracked Black Pepper
