Butter Chicken | How To Make Recipe

Ingredients -

Chicken Marinade -

1.2Kg - Boneless Chicken Thigh, Diced
1 Cup - Plain Yogurt
2 Tbs - Minced Garlic
2 Tbs - Minced Ginger
4 tsp - Garam Masala Powder
2 tsp - Turmeric Powder
2 tsp - Cumin Powder
1 tsp - Red Chilli Powder (Optional)
2 tsp - Sea Salt

Tomato Gravy -

5 Tbs - Ghee
3 - Large Brown Onions, Thinly Sliced
3 Tbs - Minced Garlic
2 Tbs - Minced Ginger
3 tsp - Cumin Powder
3 tsp - Garam Masala Powder
2 1\2 tsp - Coriander Powder
1.2 kg - Diced Canned Tomatoes
1 tsp - Red Chilli Powder (Optional)
2 tsp - Sugar
1 3\4 Cups - Heavy Cream

Serve with Basmati Rice and or Naan Bread
Garnish with toasted Cashew Nuts

Note* - All spices have been toasted before adding them in to the sauce.
