In this video, we are preparing for the competition again and today we will be doing a workout - an endurance relay called - "Atlas Stone", where we will lift weights from 260 lbs to 440 lbs

In order to work correctly and technically with such a weight, we need bracers lubricated with special glue so as not to damage muscles, skin and have a tight hold with balls / stones.
