Fire raced up the exterior of the building in a matter of minutes, eventually spreading to all four sides and making escape and rescue impossible for dozens trapped inside. Through interviews with those directly involved, this documentary investigates the decades long housing crisis in London that contributed to dangerous living conditions in Grenfell Tower, documents the dramatic events on the night of the fire and delves into the theory being investigated in a public inquiry that highly combustible material in the cladding was the primary cause of the fire's spread.
