Equipment Needed: dumbbells, bench/chair, mini band. Options and different modifications will be provided as well. This workout is designed for all-levels and all trimesters! As our body changes throughout this prenatal journey, our weight selection and our range of motion may need to change as well. I recommend having a variety of dumbbells around incase you need to lighten the load. Besides dumbbells, you will also need a bench or a very sturdy chair (lean the back of it against a wall). We do have breaks built in, but feel free to hit pause if you need to take a longer or more breaks. Let me know how it goes mommas!
