# Salmon Sushi Bake

## Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 2 tbsp sushi seasoning
- 1 cup imitation crab, chopped
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup mayo, plus extra for topping
- 2 tbsp furikake
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Seaweed sheets, for serving

## Instructions
1. Air fry salmon at 400°F for 10 minutes or until fully cooked.
2. Mix sushi seasoning into warm cooked rice.
3. In a bowl, combine chopped imitation crab, cooked salmon, cream cheese, and mayo. Mix well.
4. Spread rice evenly into a baking dish.
5. Sprinkle furikake over the rice layer.
6. Add the salmon mixture evenly on top.
7. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
