**INSTRUCTIONS**
1. Weigh the matcha powder to 4 grams
2. Use the spoon and sifter to push down, scrape and pat the matcha powder down into the bowl
3. After sifting the tea, add just enough hot water (this is preference, 70-100 ml). Adding too much water can water down the flavor of the tea (especially when you're already mixing the tea in milk)
4. Now grab your whisk and whisk your tea until a thin foam develops on the top layer
5. Make sure to whisk all of the clumps
6. Now moving onto the ice. I like to fill it to the brim of the glass cup.
7. Then, add the milk into the glass cup. I used whole milk in this video and you can substitute with any kind of milk you’d prefer.
8. Remember to leave some room for the matcha tea.
9. Add syrup to make matcha latte sweet. Today I’m adding freshly made passion fruit syrup to my drink.
10. Stir the syrup with the milk
11. Pour the matcha tea into the iced milk glass.
12. Remember to stir and enjoy!
