Metering cans on conveyor
This system handles round cans and creates desired distance between them as they move through the timing screws.
The screw consists of 3 sections: cans receiving section (A), intermediary section (B) and cans distance section (C)
In 1 revolution the A section makes the cans move La mm.
In 1 revolution the C section makes the cans move Lc mm.
La and Lc are leads of the screw A section and C section respectively.
Lc is larger than La.
Conveyor speed is equal to can push speed of screw section C.
