180-degree rotation and dwell 2

Input: green shaft of a chamfered lever rotating continuously.
Output: one tooth pink ratchet wheel that quickly turns 180 deg. and then stops. One revolution of the input corresponds one revolution of the output.
The wheel rotates thanks to the yellow flat coil spring.
The green lever winds up the flat coil spring.
The yellow pin is fixed to the wheel to prevent the wheel from spinning too quickly.
There are two blue pawls to prevent the wheel from rotation.
In the case of only one pawl, we have a 360-degree rotation mechanism like in the last scene of this video.
In case of four pawls we have a 90-degree rotation mechanism:
