20ml (2/3oz) Averna
1 dash Angostura bitters
1 dash orange bitters
Cocktail cherry to garnish
Lemon or orange twist (optional)

5:45 - The Rum Monte Sour
45ml (1 1/2oz) Amaro Montenegro
15ml (1/2oz) dark rum
5ml (1/6oz) sugar syrup
30ml (1oz) lemon juice
10-15ml egg white
Orange twist to garnish

8:22 - The Naked and Famous
20ml (3/4oz) Aperol
20ml (3/4oz) Yellow Chartreuse
20ml (3/40z) mezcal
20ml (3/4oz) lime juice

10:28 - The Artichoke Hold
20ml (3/4oz) dark rum
5ml (1/6oz) overproof rum
25ml (4/5oz) Cynar
15ml (1/2oz) elderflower liqueur
15ml (1/2oz) orgeat
20ml (3/4oz) lime juice
Mint sprig to garnish

12:48 - The Drink with No Name
30ml Amaro Nonino
30ml dark rum
30ml Cocchi Americano
2d Mr Bitters Cacao and Macadamia bitters
Orange twist to garnish
