The Mount Washington Cog Railway
It is the first cog railway in the world and in 2005 the carriages were pushed entirely by steam engines from the Victorian age. Today all but one or two of the engines are diesel powered. This is must see for all lovers of the steam age. I like the railway's quirkiness.
