Ingredients:
Tomatoes — 6 pcs
Eggs — 6 pcs
Mozzarella (or any melting cheese) — 150–200 g
Garlic — 3 cloves
Bell pepper — 1 pc
Fresh herbs (dill, parsley, green onion)
Olive oil
Salt, black pepper
Italian herbs
👩🍳 Instructions:
1. Baked Eggs in Tomatoes:
Cut off the tops of the tomatoes and remove the pulp
Add cheese inside each tomato
Carefully add an egg (keep the yolk whole)
Season with salt, pepper, and herbs
Sprinkle more cheese on top
Bake at 160°C for 10 minutes
2. Eggs in Tomato Sauce:
Sauté garlic for 1 minute
Add chopped bell pepper
Add diced tomatoes
Season and cook for 3 minutes
Carefully crack eggs into the sauce
Sprinkle with cheese and herbs
Cook until eggs reach your desired doneness
