📌 RECIPE:
Ingredients:
2 onions
2 potatoes
2 tomatoes
1 avocado
Mozzarella
Parmesan
Breadcrumbs — 2 tbsp
Garlic
Olive oil
Paprika
Thyme
Basil
Italian herbs
Salt, black pepper
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Greek yogurt — 1 tbsp
Olives

👩‍🍳 Instructions:
Slice the potatoes and onions thinly.
Line a baking dish with parchment paper and grease with olive oil.
Layer the potatoes and season with spices.
Mix grated mozzarella and parmesan with breadcrumbs and dried garlic.
Sprinkle the cheese mixture over the potatoes.
Add sliced tomatoes on top, then more cheese.
Add a layer of onions, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with paprika and thyme.
Bake at 190°C (375°F) for about 15 minutes until golden brown.

🥗 Side (Avocado Sauce):
Mash the avocado with a fork.
Add salt, pepper, lemon juice, and garlic.
Mix in Greek yogurt and chopped olives.
Stir well until smooth.
Serve the casserole hot with the refreshing avocado sauce.
