Is there a Healthy Level of Narcissism and Echoism?
There can a healthy level of narcissism, sometimes referred to as Adaptive Narcissism. It refers to having a moderate level of self-esteem, self-confidence, and self-focus without crossing into pathological or harmful behaviour.
Echoism is a term used to describe a personality trait or pattern of behaviour characterised by a tendency to minimise one's own needs, desires, and opinions while focusing excessively on the needs and desires of others. It is often seen as the opposite or counterpart to narcissism.
