Donkey Kong Country 2: Level 8: Kannon's Klaim

Deep in these volcanos are also mines that are ready to be plundered for their buried treasure, and these mines look better than ones you'd find in the first game on DK Island!

This level has Diddy & Dixie Barrels. Whoever's face is on the barrel is the only one allowed to enter it. This makes having both Kongs with you even more important for this game.

There are three Bonus Rooms in this level:

- The first Bonus Room is near the beginning, where you have to follow an arrow of bananas across a pit to reach a Bonus Barrel. Use Dixie Kong's Helicopter Spin for this. This Bonus has you reach the Kremkoin by using those Diddy & Dixie Barrels to get to it. Be sure to switch between the two whenever necessary!

- The second Bonus Room can be reached safely by bouncing off a Mini-Necky nearby to reach its Bonus Barrel. This Bonus has you use Arrow Barrel pointing upwards to reach where the Kremkoin is. Try not to miss going from barrel to barrel!

- The third Bonus Room is can easily be reached above you if you do a Team-up toss straight up to where its Bonus Barrel is. For this Bonus, all you have to do is bounce on some Flitters to get to it.

Some DK Coins can be trickier to get than others. This level's DK Coin is found inside the first Bonus Room! It's to the far-right from where you start, which you can reach with Dixie's Helicopter Spin.
