Jak 3: Part 45: Exploring the Stadium Ruins
Because of the chaos that occur in Haven City in this game, Onin & Pecker had to move their next to one of the city prison's walls.
With Jak & Daxter meeting both of them and Samos there, Onin sensed something intense happening deep within the catacombs. She wanted Pecker to escort the duo down there through the Metal Head section of the city.
----------
Specficially, you're going back into the northside area of the city where you first stopped at when you reached this city. The dark abandoned area that only has scorpion Metal Heads in it. You can now get there through the unlocked force field from the newer north city.
A support beam will now appear close to where you need to go, so you use the Jetboard to grind along it and get into a "new" stage.
----------
This path will take Jak & Daxter through the ruins of the Stadium section of Haven City. Nothing here but the toughest Metal Heads, yet!
Daxter mused that only the Wastelanders would be willing to fight these monsters, which gave Jak the idea to call on them with his new beacon. However, the beacon may or may not have worked...
----------
Use all at your disposal, from the Morph Gun, to Dark Jak, to Light Jak to muscle your way through this area. What looked to be such an open area to navigate in Jak II has become a bit of a maze in this game thanks to all of the destruction.
When you're close to the Stadium walls, try using Light Jak's Light Flight to reach over a long gap to get to some free Precursor Orbs.
Some cracked walls will require you to use Dark Jak's Dark Strike to blast through them. The final wall like this will finish up this "level" when you go through it and finally reach Pecker.
