A Great Taste that Leaves No Waste: Edible Water Bottles!

Join Eli as he makes an edible water bottle and discovers the fascinating potentials for space exploration.

Ingredients:
- Water
- Sodium Alginate Powder (Food Grade)
- Calcium Lactate
Recipe:
- Pour 1 gram of Sodium Alginate Powder with 1 cup of water.
- Mix well. Let rest for 13 minutes.
- Pour 5 grams of Calcium Lactate powder into 4 cups of water.
- Mix well.
- Scoop out spoonful of Sodium Alginate mixture (with a spherical ladle/measuring spoon).
- Carefully lay into Calcium Lactate mixture. Let rest for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Carefully scoop out blobs of water into cupped hands.
Enjoy the spoils.
