Xencelabs Quick Keys - Remote Control Keyboard Shortcuts

In this tutorial, we download, install and tour the user interface for Xencelabs Quick Keys, a remote control device for Windows, macOS and Linux machines. The Quick Keys remote features an O.L.E.D. screen, eight programmable buttons and a scroll wheel, allowing us to assign up to forty commands per application, as well as four scroll wheel modes.

Whilst Quick Keys is primarily targeted toward complementing graphic artists’ tablets, it can be used to aid productivity in a wide range of scenarios, replicating functionality by mapping existing keyboard shortcuts. The focus of this video is upon the configuration software, and its potential uses in a general computing environment, without specific reference to graphic design.
