Disable User Account Control And Windows Defender SmartScreen

In this tutorial, we disable User Account Control and Windows Defender SmartScreen in Windows 10. Whilst both may save inexperienced users from potentially dangerous installations, for many they represent an unwelcome barrier to progress, which can easily be removed. In both instances, we also show how to reverse the changes made.
