Mini-burger kebabs at O Giorgos Souvlaki

The pita wraps at O Giorgos are not filled with tzatziki, or pork gyro shavings, or pork souvlaki chunks. And fries are nowhere to be found. The meat comes in the form of mini-beef burgers which, as they sizzle away on the griddle, offer their greasy goodness to the pita flatbreads.
