A shocking incident has emerged from Keonjhar district in Odisha, where a man named Jeetu Munda carried his deceased sister’s skeleton to a bank. The reason—he was repeatedly asked to submit documents to withdraw money from her account.
His sister had passed away two months ago, but due to the absence of a death certificate and other paperwork, the bank refused to release the funds. In desperation, he exhumed her remains and brought them as proof.
Following the incident, police and local authorities intervened. The bank has now assured that the process will be completed and the money will be released.
