Day 26 of the bulk was all about heavy pulls and one of the best shoulder pumps yet. We kicked off with high-volume lateral raises to light up the delts, then pulled heavy deadlift singles to push strength. From there, pressing variations and rear delt work piled on the intensity, leaving the shoulders looking huge by the end of the session.
